ANNOUNCEMENT TEXT Since the defendant HAMED SEPEHRI could not be served in the divorce case filed by the plaintiff MAHSA MOSHFEGHI before our court, and despite all efforts, the defendant's residence, domicile, and workplace could not be determined;It has been ruled as follows:

1. That the marriage between the plaintiff MAHSA MOSHFEGHI, a citizen of the ISLAMIC REPUBLİC OF İRAN, born on 15/09/1972, and the defendant HAMED SEPEHRI, a citizen of CANADA, is DISSOLVED due to the irretrievable breakdown of the marital union in accordance with Article 166/1 of the Turkish Civil Code (TCC),
2. That the court fee of 427.60 TL, which must be collected as of the date of the decision, be offset by the initially paid 35.90 TL, and the remaining 391.70 TL be collected from the defendant and recorded as revenue to the Treasury,
3. That since the plaintiff was represented by an attorney in this case, an attorney's fee of 17,900 TL be

collected from the defendant and paid to the plaintiff, in accordance with the Attorney Minimum Fee Tariff in effect on the date of the decision,

1. That the litigation expenses incurred by the plaintiff in the amount of 2,895.00 TL, including the 35.90 TL initial fee, 35.90 TL application fee, and 5.20 TL attorney fee, totaling 2,972.00 TL, be collected from the defendant and paid to the plaintiff,
2. That any remaining advance payment be refunded to the plaintiff upon finalization of the decision and upon reguest

Pursuant to Article 31 of the Notification Law, it is hereby announced that this shall be deemed served 7 days after the date of publication, and this announcement shall be considered as valid service.
